It’s that time of the year again to write why I am thankful. Thanksgiving is a way of saying thanks for the past year.
On top of my list this year is my wonderful husband who has been Very supportive the last 2 mmonths when I have been really ill. He’s been a trooper & a steady hand when the world was not. Next year we celebrate 10 years together!!
I am grateful for our 4 legged creature who has been my companion for the past 2 months. He’s a sweet heart watching over me when I was sleeping & keeping me safe. This week he’s been sleeping on my comforter, being a little comforter thief.
For our friends far & wide that we got to see this year in Europe & Seattle. It was wonderful to be back in both places. I am grateful for my bestfriend who has been supportive & funny the last year keeping me on my toes, but who always has the most direct honesty I am so thankful for.
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday for the simple, basic fact that I am grateful for everything that touches my life, why because some are lessons & some are gifts. Sometimes you just have to figure out what it means.
I am a 46 year old writer and poet that just published my first collection of poetry called Greylight. I live by 3 simple rules everyday, live, laugh, love. I currently live in Norway with my husband and our dog. I adore people watching and seeing how others see the city I now live in. I hope you enjoy reading and if you ever have any feedback all is welcome.
