The show is outstanding, contestants, judges & how it’s filmed. It’s my favorite comfort food show. I can have a bleh day & watching it always cheers me up.
I’ve watched enough seasons to figure out who’ll win. But after seeing the season & going back watching it is just as fun. Do you know what a bug is? It’s heavily used in the show. Morton Bay Bugs are really used to showcase seafood in all its forms.
Since I’ve been to Australia & have eaten Roo, my mouth starts to water when they use it in the show. Kangaroo is very lean, rich meat & we ate it in the true outback, Alice Springs.
For me it’s not just about cooking but how the judges treat the contestants. They’re sincere & honest with them without being overly mean. If you haven’t seen it, so are you truly missing out.
