Which is the best thing to do in your city?

Bryggen: beautiful old structures with an interesting history. You can’t get through there in the summer. Plus, if it rains the wood boards are really slippery.

The Red Sucker Tents: that are on the fish market next to the tourist office. They’ll give you food you can eat in any traditional restaurant but for a much higher price! Hence, the name Sucker.

Fløyen: either walking up/down in the summer is like being in Disney at long line of idiots in the Wrong shoes. Taking the fenicular when you’re able to walk up is for dummies. It’s also a rip off.

Oh & if there’s a cruise ship in town you literally can’t get anywhere. Their walking tours clog the sidewalks & the squares. If there’s a boat get in & get out before they all disembark. Don’t come to Bergen in the summer. You’ll feel like you’re in Disney, not Kidding.
