Have you ever been camping?

My senior year of high school I did Outward Bound. Instead of gym. We hiked over 20 miles in 3 days & slept outside in tarps. We canoed some crazy rapids & went spelunking in a cave.

It made me really love nature as my solace. One day I led the group for a few hours.

I really liked camping till I began having back problems & sleeping on hard surfaces was no longer fun. I like the grey light early in the morning before the sun rises. I have that as the title of my first book.

I grew up fishing above the Arctic Circle. Hiking from lake to lake finding wild trout. In the rain & bright summer nights.
