We recently traveled through Norway & had high hopes for 2 hotels. One was high end & the other middle of the road. In the middle of the road hotel, the desk staff was rude & the room was dirty. I wasn’t even allowed a real spoon.

The high end hotel looked amazing on the outside but they just didn’t have the customer service I expected for such a famous place. I felt unsafe in the room as someone used a key card to gain entry to our room. After that I didn’t feel safe. The best part of the hotel was their brasserie. The bathroom was amazing but the customer service just wasn’t there. I may not stay in fancy places all the time but I expected better.

It was a tale of 2 unfortunate circumstances. I just wish I could say oh it was amazing but it just wasn’t.
