Portland, Oregon has never been a wasteland. It’s a beautiful city with good public transport & excellent restaurants. It’s creative & full of writers & artists.

What is a wasteland is how the government has been disbanded & destroyed. That’s a swamp with a gold coin illegally minted for a fascist. It’s a Craigslist advertising for ICE “agents”that don’t follow the law & act as if they’re above it. A fascist that believes he’s worthy of a Nobel peace prize when he’s terrorising his own people at home. That kills immigrants illegally or makes them disappear. For his own gain.

The country I grew up in is now unrecognisable & it’s very sad. Essentially the whole place has become a wasteland not just one of the best cities in the US.
