How are you feeling right now?
I’m currently reading a bunch of books but what I’m most excited about is “The Let Them Theory” by Mel Robbins. It talks about the stresses of modern life & how to NOT hold to them or take them personally.
It makes me feel better about myself & my own situation. Let Them talk about all those things you don’t always want to say out loud. The feelings you have et cetera.
The last 2 years I’ve been plagued by health issues & tests. I’m finally starting to get answers to those questions but it’s been a Long road. Hence, I feel pretty okay at the moment but a huge question still lingers & that’s what I’m worried about.
My vacation was great! I went above the arctic circle to visit friends & family. It cheered me up & I finally got to reconnect with a good friend of mine. For a week I ate good food & had a good week. Coming home wasn’t a let down but I’m getting really sick of the cruise ships.
Right now I’m feeling grateful & in a good mood. It’s almost the weekend that helps too!
