If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?

I’ve always wanted to open a café. It would have ethical beans & milks. It’d source used furniture & books. The books would be for the customers to take. I’d have titles like “Infinite Jest” & the Brontë sisters & of course some Shakespeare.

I’d have coffee & home made treats fresh every day. Because I did the poetry slam back in the day I’d have an open mic once a month.

The WiFi however would be  purchase only as I’m a writer that still believes in paper & pen. The purchase would Only last 45 minutes at a time & not unlimited.

Because the world is sick of bricks in cafés that hog tables with the crusty, gross cups of lattes that were finished 3-4 hours. Nope. No bricks in my café. Writers yes but they’d have to show that they’re not using the WiFi to write their book.

Would you support my endeavour? Or would the WiFi be a deal breaker?
