Are outdated & treat the customer like a child. I made the mistake & purchased a dress this Spring that just doesn’t fit me right. Although the store still sells the dress currently I was refused a refund & even store credit.

The 7 day return policy is insulting to the customer & just plain rude. I thought I had found a place to shop because I know it’s locally owned. I will spend my money where they honor the customer & don’t treat them like an idiot.

Next time I know where I’ll go & it’s no longer to that local chain.
