What’s your definition of romantic?

When I was in my 20’s I thought being romantic was red roses & chocolate. Now, however I look at romance in a very different way.

Romance to me now is how my husband will pick our blueberries & clean them & make them ready for me to eat. Yes, I know how that sounds like a chore but to me it has become a sign of love.

Another sign of love that I find really romantic is my husband making our bed. Not after we’ve slept on it but when we’re changing the sheets.

A thing that I find really romantic is when I travel I can call him anytime even if it’s late or early. Knowing that there’s a time zone difference he still picks up the phone. That’s romantic.

Or how he makes me coffee in the morning & we time together on the couch before the day starts. Making it my favorite time of the day.
