What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

I learned the last 10 years that the best way to fend off negativity & destructive feelings is to leave them out of the bedroom. I have to remind my husband about this constantly.

The other way is to stay in the now no matter how painful it may be. It makes it easier to process the negative feelings you may be feeling in a better way.

I believe that by focusing on the Now you enjoy life much more. By focusing on tomorrow or what may happen or not happen you lose focus on the present. Being in the present is the only place to be.
