Describe a phase in life that was difficult to say goodbye to.

After spending almost 20 years there, it was hard to move away. I still miss my favorite cafés & the amazing Asian food that was in the city.

Seattle will always have a special place in my heart as I spent most of my young adulthood there. I celebrated both my 30th & my 40th birthday in that city.

I still have a cupcake place I love in that city & many other places I miss that are either gone or changed. Moving away in 2016 was harder than I thought.

Anyway, I got my favorite coffee for my birthday this year, Monorail Espresso from one of my steadfast places in town. It’s one of the first coffee stands in the city.
