Think back on your most memorable road trip.
I did Habitat for Humanity through a Catholic church in high school out of state. We would travel down by caravan & CB radios. It was the decade of tapes & we would make our own mix tape for the trip.
Since it would take over 2 days to get there & that was over 2 days of driving 12-16 hour days. We went through a lot of different music. If someone needed the bathroom we’d ask other vehicles if they needed a bathroom break. It was really fun & really stressful.
I think fondly of almost all of those trips but the last one. But such is life.
I remember we had some great conversations on those long days of driving & sang along to our favorite music. We also had a great impact on the community we helped. All in all it was a win, win.

Ahhh the days of mix tapes! You’ve reminded me how much I loved them when I was younger!
