What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

In my twenties I did interval training for a long time. I even had a staircase outside that was half mile long I’d sprint up. I miss those days of walking into a sprint.

I continued interval training into my thirties until a guy I attempted to break up with assaulted me & put me in physical therapy for over 6 months. When I’d try to run I’d have nerve pain down one side of my body. I’d also get these wicked migraines from running short distances.

These days I hike & walk around the 1000 ft hills around my city. I have always enjoyed hiking & I can do it without my body freaking out so it’s a good thing. My favorite hike is this 8.5 mile hike between Ulriken & Fløyen. Because of the dangerous crevasses you have to take your time. Although in the Summer you see runners just jumping off the crevasses, not what I’d call safe. But it’s really beautiful up there between the mountain tops.
