When you think of the word “successful,” who’s the first person that comes to mind and why?

When I think of successful people I don’t think about holding down the 9-5 grind but people who do their passion in life. That could mean working 9-5 but doing something they love & don’t resent after 2 years.

I’m jealous of successful artists & writers that make money from what they love. It’s something I am inspired to do, live off my writing & not have to work at 9-5 grind to keep a roof over my head.

Being able to live your life creatively to the fullest is success to me. Being tied down by the 9-5 grind is something I was once inspired to do, but not anymore. Now, it’s focusing on my next book & finding a part-time gig to help the hubby.

Being successful means living your life to the creatively fullest & not just clocking in/out of work.
