What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Everyday I eat veggies & grains & only have 2 cups of coffee! I try to avoid processed foods & sweets unless it’s the weekend. I can’t remember the last time I had alcohol, maybe during Eurovision in the Spring?
I get up early in the morning & intermittently fast before I have breakfast, unless I’m volunteering then I have my breakfast in the morning. I’ve been eating berries & yogurt & oats for a decade now.
Since it’s finally Fall in the air I can begin my walk up the local mountain once a week. Something I look forward to every year. Just gotta wait until the cruise ships stop coming!
I’m grateful for my dog who gets me out of the house everyday. What’s your routine?
